Orders for our Products – When you place an order with our company, this is an offer to purchase the items indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that we have accepted your order. Pricing Policy – Vivetta- reserves the right to change its advertised prices at any time. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible nor have any liabilities where our stockists offer our products at prices that differ from our own, nor can we be responsible for the pricing policies of such stockists. Returns Policy – All our products are carefully made and enjoy the most stringent of quality checks prior to despatch, but please examine them carefully upon receipt and before wearing them to be certain that you are completely happy. Be careful to ensure that you are ordering the correct size of garments as this will ensure that you are not disappointed. If you believe that your garment is faulty in any way then please email vivetta.ponti@gmail.com explaining why you wish to return the garment, and quoting our order acknowledgement / Invoice number. We will reply by email and form for you to complete and include with the goods you are returning. We will then replace the items by return mail. Note that we WILL NOT exchange or accept for credit items that have clearly been worn. Postage and Despatch Charges – we will charge postage on any goods we send to you, except for exchanges for quality reasons, and you will pay for any items returned for any reason except where those goods are faulty. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission. All designs and artwork including but not limited to product designs and photographs are protected by patent and prior art and may not be copied or displayed without our prior written permission. However, because the colours you see will depend on your own computer display, we cannot guarantee it’s accuracy in relation to the actual colours of our products. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Goods, though this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees. Severance – If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions. Governing Law – The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy. Modifications to Terms and Conditions – Vivetta may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website each time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website. Entire Agreement – These Conditions (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter covered and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings, representations or proposals, written or oral, between You and Us in relation to such matters. You confirm that you have read these conditions and, you fully understand them and you also agree that these conditions are the only terms (together with your own network provider agreement) that rule your relationship with us. You and your feedback are important to us – We hope that when you receive your garment your “out of the box” experience is first class and we want you to tell us whether you are happy , sad, have any suggestions regarding our products or new ones we can make for you, thank you.

POLICY Returns policy We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or send you an eVoucher (we will not refund you ), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and you will pay to ship it to us. Please choose your correct size reading SIZES GUIDE. If you order not your size you will pay the second shipping (with the right size you need) Please ensure that all items are tried without make up. We reserve the right to refuse return of items where it is apparent that this has been done. Returns Period Our normal returns period is 4 days from the date you receive the goods and you must email us with your return request within this time. To allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply: Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to 15 January. Returning Your Goods e-mail vivetta.ponti@gmail.com with your exchange request. We will reply by email and will provide you with an RG (Returned Goods) mail. US Customers : Send your return via the USPS, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the post office for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your replacement. International Customers : Send your return via an insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. In all cases, your proof of postage should show the Vivetta address to which you have returned the goods, togethrETURNer with the post office’s printed / stamped confirmation of the date of posting. Vivetta cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit. You will bear the cost of postage for returns and exchanges; the only exception is if the garments are faulty (see below). We will email you as soon as we receive the goods and will then endeavour to pocess your request for either a replacement or eVoucher as quickly as we can. For exchanges, we will send to you by email an invoice for re-posting the goods. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your return for exchange garments to be sent out. eVouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. My item is faulty, what can I do? If you believe that your garments are faulty then please return your item as above together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. If an item is found to be faulty the delivery costs for replacement items will be paid by Vivetta. You have sent the wrong item, what should I do? Oops! Sorry.
